I am passionate about helping people get the most out of their bodies. To truly reach your physical potential I believe you must first understand how your body works and this includes the individual traits specific to your body. This process of self discovery is the key to creating a robust body that will continually adapt to the challenges life brings your way (and the ones you may go looking for on your own!).
I have been practicing as a physiotherapist for over fifteen years and have worked with a number of sporting teams and individuals all focused on returning to their peak fitness levels as quickly as possible after an injury. This experience of helping people return to their chosen activity feeling stronger and more confident in their bodies than they were before their injury is the reason I do what I do.
I am a strong believer in the role yoga can play in preventing and recovering from injuries. This passion lead me to complete over 500hours of yoga teacher training courses and to start teaching yoga myself. In these classes I combine my physiotherapy and yoga knowledge to create a practice that both strengthens your body and increases your awareness of how your body moves.
Personally I love keeping fit and healthy. This passion is currently channeled into meditation, yoga, running and surfing along the epic northern NSW coastline.
